Blockchains Customer Service

The person filling this role is technologically savvy and can has the ability to quickly get up to speed with the concepts related to blockchain technology.

Position Summary

This position is responsible for responding to inquiries by employees and visitors. The Customer Service answers various questions either by telephone, electronically or face to face with visitors and fellow employees. This person is to prepare correspondences as needed and fulfill visitor needs to ensure satisfaction. This person will be required to provide timely and accurate information to all requests, while providing exceptional customer service.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following:

  • Answer, assist, and direct all incoming telephone calls to appropriate parties in a professional and courteous manner
  • Perform related clerical work such as typing, filing, and sorting mail distribution
  • Able to use applicable software programs to create letters, and other business-related documents
  • Provide accurate, valid and complete information to all inquiries
  • Providing administrative support
  • Cover hours of operations
  • Provide exceptional customer service
  • Escort visitors throughout the office as needed
  • Dress in a manner appropriate for the position
  • The ability to quickly get up to speed with the concepts related to blockchain technology
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Minimum Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities)

  • Proven 3 years of customer service experience
  • Prior administrative, customer service or office experience
  • Customer Service experience in a technology space
  • Ability to provide a welcoming environment to all visitors and callers
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively
  • Phone and listening skills
  • Great verbal and written communication skills
