In 2018, Blockchains acquired more than 67,000 acres of land in northern Nevada for the purpose of building a new kind of business and residential community. In the most digitally connected state in the Union, we’re bringing together the thinkers, the builders, and the doers. Partners who want to help us realize the full potential of blockchain technology to improve individuals’ lives.

Our land in Innovation Park will be a smart city with a decentralized blockchain infrastructure underlying all interaction. The planned city will encompass, among other projects, a highly-secured, high-tech park that joins blockchain technology with artificial intelligence (AI), 3D printing and nanotechnology; residential units that will provide a new living environment to thousands; and various financial, business and retail concepts that will take advantage of emerging technologies.

We aim to showcase how business development, residential living and commerce, can flourish alongside world-changing technologies. Efficiency, sustainability, transparency and provenance will not be compromised, but guaranteed. Multiple innovative technologies will change the way we do things on a daily basis, and blockchain technology will be at the center of it all − keeping systems honest, fair, and democratic.

On November 21, 2018 the Public Utilities Commission of Nevada approved our application to become a Competitive Local Exchange Carrier (CLEC). The plan proposes a 102-mile fiber optic ring that spans Innovation Park, Reno and Carson City, and would allow Blockchains to provide high speed internet connectivity to homeowners, schools and businesses in the smart city and Storey County. The infrastructure plan is a first step to laying the foundation for all Blockchains’ digital transactions.
