As Director, Customer Experience at Blockchains, Thomas spearheads cross-functional leadership initiatives to drive a culture of customer-first supportability. His primary focus revolves around managing Customer Support operations, aligning them with Blockchains’ strategic priorities, and reinforcing a relentless commitment to customer satisfaction. With a resourceful leadership approach, Thomas orchestrates the design, inspiration, and scaling of the Customer Support organization, shaping its future vision for servicing customers.
Bringing over 20 years of progressive leadership experience from renowned corporations such as Kemper Insurance, Coinbase, ADT Security, Danaher Corporation, and GE, Thomas has honed his expertise in domestic and global customer support, operations management, and multi-site call center leadership. He holds Six Sigma Greenbelt certification and brings extensive Lean process improvement experience: leading transformation projects, technology upgrades, and organizational alignment initiatives across various teams and departments.
Outside of work, Thomas enjoys traveling with his wife and children, particularly relishing time at the beach. He is also an avid sports fan, player, and coach.
