Senior Director, Product Management

Megan Conard is a Senior Director of Product Management, leading the product team and driving product strategy for Blockchains.  Megan has been at the forefront of the Web3 revolution for over four years, specializing in productizing complex Web3 concepts into actionable, usable, and delightful experiences for the new internet. Her strategic vision and creative problem-solving have consistently driven innovation in the decentralized technology space.  She has extensive experience driving 0-1 product launches, from ideation to concept development, delivery and execution to launch strategies. Megan is known for balancing an analytical and structured approach with a deep empathy and understanding of the user and their needs.

Outside of her professional endeavors, Megan is a proud mother and an avid outdoors enthusiast, enjoying adventure travel, skiing, and scuba diving. She is also earning her pilot’s license.
